Introduction
The solvent based polyurethane adhesive is mainly used for bonding shoe materials in manufacturing leather shoes, sport shoes, safety shoes and others in footwear industry.
This adhesive is non-yellowing, with long open time, strong initial bonding strength and moderate heat resistance. It has proved its versatility in footwear industry. The adhesive offers excellent bonding strength on various substrates used in the footwear industry.

Application
The solvent based polyurethane adhesive is suitable for bonding shoe upper to sole, with excellent bonding performance on PU,PVC, TPR, rubber, EVA, leather etc., especially for oil leather, TPR, genuine leather. It is suitable for hand work and production line.

• EVA Surfaces
• Vulcanized resin/ micro cellular rubber

Usage
While using this product, please choose suitable hardener according to the shoe materials and mix proper amount of it based on temperature and humidity. If for special materials, please follow technician’s direction.
Follow the operation process specified in TDS, but it should be based on actual situation. If for special materials, please follow technician’s direction.
